X10 Ultra-Lite

The X10 Ultra-Lite Proximity Suit is an extremely lightweight and flexible suit intended for industrial applications. The X10 is fabricated without bulk insulation or lining for superior flexibility and freedom of movement. It is available with the option of three different types of Z-Flex® Multilayer Aluminized outer shells, each material features unique strengths.
Z-Flex reflects 95% of radiant heat and withstands radiant temperatures up to 3000°F (1650°C). In addition to providing outstanding protection, Z-Flex is also the most durable aluminized material available and will not de-laminate under even the most demanding conditions.
This suit can be used in a wide range of industries and applications including foundries, processing facilities, and other environments where workers are exposed to radiant heat.
Testing & Certifications
The X10 suit meets the ISO 11612 Standard.
The Z-Flex® shell meets or exceeds:

• Convective Heat: ISO 9151 / EN 367
• Limited Flame Spread: ISO 15025 / EN 532
• Molten Metal: ISO 9185 / EN 348 / ASTM F955
• Abrasion Tear Resistance: ISO 13937 / EN 388
